SpaceVR讓您在虛擬實境當個太空人
SpaceVR是由一群太空工程師、NASA科學家、NASA太空人、黑客、地理學家以及許多知名的顧問與夥伴所組成。
任務很簡單，SpaceVR給每個人門票，從太空人的角度一窺銀河，透過360度與三D攝影機結合的Overview One探索未知的美麗太空。目標是希望從國際太空站得到現場直播的畫面!

全球史上有1,008億人口，其中只有536人有從上外太空的經驗，現在即將透過SpaceVR Kickstarter活動與科技產生改變!點此網站看集資活動頁面。
自從發現太空的那天，人類一直都為此著迷，但是全球大約只有0.1%的人有能力負擔Richard Branson的處女號太空梭登上太空，一張票至少要20萬美金，以後還可能會更貴。而且還要在等候名單上，誰知道何時才能出發？
SpaceVR現場直播搭配OverView One全景錄相機
SpaceVR傳送Overview One，內建12個鏡頭的攝錄儀器到國際太空站，來完成設定在12月開始的捕捉任務。這個器材的名稱是從著名的Overview Effect所發想，它代表從太空中感官認知的效果。從外太空看地球，可以看到世界沒有疆界，絕對會改變你看世界，甚至任何事物的看法。據SpaceVR而言，這個全景的直播視頻可以改變全球意識！

SpaceVR表示”從外太空看地球，太空人發現驚人的事實：我們的地球是個渺小且脆弱的生物體，懸在虛無飄渺中，周圍只有像紙一樣薄的養分，這就是著名的Overview Effect。”
Overview One會在國際太空站組裝，另會有個3D印表機，打印相機的底座讓其在太空中穩固。
SpaceVR有許多關於即時傳輸的願景，包括捕捉太空人在空中漫步，在太空梭內跟著太空人進入地球大氣層。但這一切都要等到第一個會面沒有問題地傳送回來才算數。

“The camera is a handheld camera, we envision the astronauts being able to put the camera in places like the Cupola, you just clip it on there. But at the same time, the astronauts are welcome and encouraged to move the camera around, put it in different modules, record different things.”
